They didn’t just throw a shoe box in plain brown paper for shipping; instead, it was wrapped up nicely in colorful paper with a branded sticker. It may not seem like a big deal, but it really shows how much they care about their craft. Not many companies operate like that nowadays.

Ordering was a breeze, and they kept me in the loop about delivery. It arrived as quickly as one could hope for, considering the postal strike. The product is of great quality. It might be a tad expensive (which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5), but you know, quality comes at a price.

"Clarification Needed on Shipping Details"
I think it would be helpful if you could revise your shipping information. Nowadays, everything about delivery is influenced by Amazon, so when you mention 24 hours (and a customer pays extra for it, like I did), I’m not really considering your business hours (as off as that may sound). When I reached out, you did respond to me that same day, which is awesome, but this statement: 'I have tracked your parcel; since you placed your order in the evening on Monday, we dispatched your parcel the next day on Tuesday during our business hours' really needs to be prominently displayed in your shipping info section. You’re not actually providing 24-hour delivery; it’s 24 hours from when you open the next morning, and those are two different things. Also, your courier's tracking system wasn’t functioning - it was UPS. We love the shoes, but you really ought to tweak your wording regarding shipping options on your website.

"Appreciate your response, but the delivery issues persist..."
I appreciate your response, but they keep sending me these emails saying no one is home and that I need to arrange a re-delivery. There’s always someone around, and no card gets left behind. They just keep pushing the delivery back and never actually show up. Is this gonna be a regular thing now?! This is the third time I've had to hop onto the Royal Mail site to sort out a delivery. I've never faced this kind of hassle with Royal Mail at my place before. Heck, I even left my front door wide open since 7am!
